DreamHack Skellefteå has reached the third group stage. The four wildcarded teams will now step in the tournament.

Two group stages have been completed, now the third awaits. Four of the 29 starting teams have reached the final group stage, where they will struggle against the four wildcarded teams. Defending DreamHack champions Made in Brazil has found their way to Skellefteå, to defend their title. Dressed in shorts and t-shirts, they do not seem to be scared of cold climate, but neither do they seem to fear their upcoming opponents.

Will Made in Brazil have the skill to do better than their poor performance at Extreme Masters II finals? The team has been living in Stockholm since the end of CeBIT and has been playing every day from Inferno Online. The team seems very motivated to bring the gold home to Brazil. Will the Swedes have any chances to let the gold stay on Swedish soil? SK Gaming recently brought back superstar SpawN, Begrip and Playzone are testing their new lineups, making it hard to predict what the outcome will be.

1.Made in Brazil

It’s really 50 – 50 with SK, if you look at Extreme Masters, mibr played bad, really bad. However they have been bootcamping for like a month now, and they somehow find their A-game when they play in Sweden (if you guys remember DreamHack 2007). I predict mibr to win the tournament, because of the previous meeting with these two teams in Sweden. Let me say this, if mibr wants to win the tournament, they are going to, unless they mess things up themselves.

2.SK Gaming

SK has also being playing great lately, people find the reason to expect top 1 every time SK come into the picture, but if we look away from the top1 expectations, SK has been playing really stable over the past months. With SpawN back in the shirt and really motivated it’s extremely hard to predict a winner of this tournament.

3.Begrip Gaming

Begrip is a rather new team and they have some talented players. However Playzone have been playing a lot the past months, so they also got a pretty good chance finishing in top 3.
